Care Groups

Merely hearing God’s word is insufficient; we must apply it to our lives for there to be fruit. Care groups enable us to do this together. We seek to apply the Bible’s teaching, review Sunday messages, discuss Christian books, and use a variety of other resources with the intention of growing in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Genuine fellowship isn’t practical in a large group. Care groups provide a place where we can build intimate relationships, care for one another, and help each other grow in our relationship with God.

God has made us dependent on each other, and care groups provide a context where we can minister to each other with the gifts that God has given us. Meetings often include times of prayer for one another and opportunities for individuals to exercise spiritual gifts for the edification of others.

Led by Greg and Marcie, this care group meets every other Sunday evening at 5:30pm. They are set up to accommodate families with children, but welcome all!

Trevor and Rachel host this group every other Thursday evening. They alternate separate men's and women's meetings with gathering all together. Their group is multi-generational.

Eric and Pat Peterson lead this care group made up mostly of empty nesters and retired folks. They meet weekly on Thursdays in the EBC chapel at 6:30pm and begin with a time of fellowship and snacks.

NEW! Curtis and Amanda host this group in their home. Ryan and Carlee Peterson co-lead the group. They meet every other Thursday at 6:30pm.

Jeff and Rebecca host this group, meeting bi-monthly on Sunday evenings. All are welcome!

Todd and Cindy lead a group that meets every Sunday evening. This group includes families with children, empty-nesters and retired folks.
